Natalee Davis
Hospital Manager
Natalee attended Flagler College in Florida and went on to receive a degree in Liberal Studies. She was previously employed by a large defense contractor in Boston for 6 years followed by a management position in a dental practice. In 2007, Natalee decided to switch careers because of her life-long love of animals and joined Hampstead Animal Hospital.

Meghan Cofer, A.A., B.A., CVT
Technician Supervisor
When she isn’t at the hospital Meghan enjoys spending time with her husband and very playful kitties, Marshall and Pippa. Her absolute favorite animal in the world is her bichon frise, Rosie, who loves to run in huge circles in the yard at top speed, go on walks on the golf course, and sit under her chair at mealtimes looking adorable.
Meghan graduated from Alfred University with a degree in Environmental Studies and obtained her Veterinary Technology degree from Great Bay Community College. Meghan is a member of the New Hampshire Veterinary Technician Association and has a particular interest in small animal surgery, dentistry, and client service.

Laura Osgood, B.S.
Veterinary Technician
Laura enjoys being a part of the dedicated and hard-working team at Hampstead Animal Hospital and finds it extremely rewarding to help people and pets every day. She has a particular interest in client education and nutrition. Laura graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2004 with a degree in Biology.
When she is not working at the hospital Laura enjoys traveling, spending time in the great outdoors, kickboxing, and yoga.

Rachel Brayley, B.S., CVT
Veterinary Technician
Rachel is a huge lover of animals and of the great outdoors. She enjoys taking her Boston Terrier, Gus, on hikes with her and has been working on building up his hiking stamina! In 2016 she proudly completed hiking the one hundred highest peaks in New England! She loves the beauty of the mountains and how no two peaks are the same.While Gus is often off climbing mountains with Rachel, her cat is great company at home. Rachel has an orange cat named Nugget, who came to her from a friend’s barn in Vermont and has been a wonderful addition to her home.
Prior to joining the team at Hampstead Animal Hospital Rachel had heard nothing but great things about it! She enjoys working at HAH because of how everyone genuinely cares about the pets that come through the doors every day. She feels that the doctors and technicians always go above and beyond to make sure that every pet receives the best possible care.
Rachel graduated from the University of Vermont in 2006 with a degree in Animal Science and went on to become a Certified Veterinary Technician. On a professional note, she enjoys the technical aspects of the job such as phlebotomy, anesthesia, and taming angry cats.

Michelle Langlois, B.S., CVT
Veterinary Technician
Michelle is a lover of all animals but has taken to adopting four-legged family members who need a little extra love, training, and support. She has a French Bulldog named Paige who is sweet with people but not great with other dogs. And in contrast to Paige she has Martin, a Miniature Poodle who is great with other dogs but not great with people. Michelle has worked with both of them to improve their behaviors and they have both come a long way!
In her free time Michelle loves being outside! She enjoys gardening, hiking, surfing, paddleboarding, and scuba diving. She has a particular interest in animal behavior and using low stress approaches to help veterinary visits be more enjoyable for pets and their owners. She also loves canine and feline dentistry because of the wonderful impact it can have on a pet’s quality of life.
Michelle has a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Sciences from the University of New Hampshire and is a Certified Veterinary Technician.

Madison Burke, A.A.
Veterinary Technician
When she is not working and studying Madison enjoys horseback riding. She has a four year old Appendix Quarter horse named Quiz that she’s had for a year – he is in training to be a dressage horse! Quiz loves being around people and being fed treats. She also loves spending time with her dog, Pocket. He is a dachshund that was a stray, she and her family took him in and he has been a wonderful addition to their home. Pocket is very affectionate; he loves to cuddle and hide under blankets.
Madison is really enjoying working in the veterinary field. She loves how organized Hampstead Animal Hospital is and how the staff works extremely well as a team. She has come to appreciate the high level of care that all patients are given here and wants to be in the field of veterinary medicine for many years to come!

Erica Hewitt
Veterinary Technician
Erica has a particular interest in geriatric patients and providing them with the extra care that they need and deserve in their golden years. She loves helping animals live longer, fuller lives as well as teaching owners how to best care for their pets. Erica is the owner of three wonderful kitties – Snowball, Freddie, and Jack as well as one Jack Russell Terrier/Yorkshire Terrier mix named Gloria.
In her free time she enjoys walking her dog with friends in her neighborhood, spending time with her daughter at competitive dance events, and being outside.

Barbara Finch
Client Service Representative Supervisor
We are very excited to have Barbara on our team; she brings with her a special interest in providing exceptional client service and client education. In her spare time she enjoys horseback riding, pet sitting, cooking, and spending time with her family. Barbara has a shih-tzu rescue dog named Mollie and two cats named Chip and Keebler.

Shannon Lambert
Veterinary Technician
During her free time Shannon enjoys spending time with her family at their cottage on Lake Winnipesaukee. She, along with her husband and two children, spend a lot of time outdoors enjoying everything New Hampshire has to offer. Their summers are filled with lots of time on the lake, swimming and fishing. The family also has two wonderful dogs, Becket and Gabby. Beckett is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Gabby is an English Setter – and the whole family loves them to pieces!
Shannon values the team at HAH because of the kindness and compassion they show to clients and their pets. She is happy to be part of an AAHA-accredited hospital that practices the highest quality of care.
Shannon obtained her degree in Small Animal Science from Essex Agricultural and Technical College and also has a certificate in grooming.

Kerri Kenher, A.A.
Client Service Representative
Kerri joined the team at Hampstead Animal Hospital in 2019 after hearing great things about the practice. She has always had a love of animals and finds joy in helping families and their furry friends as a client service representative. Kerri feels fortunate to be a part of such a professional, well-organized, animal-loving team and loves to go to work every day.
Kerri and her family are the proud owners of a 6-year-old Catahoula/Lab mix named Jake Douglas, who they adopted when he was only 3 months old. While Catahoulas can be very challenging to train, they are extremely smart. Jake quickly learned many tricks, knows numerous verbal and non-verbal commands, and is a very loyal hound dog. Her family also has 2 guinea pigs named Dave and Chuck. Jake is not very fond of his furry brothers since they remind him of squirrels!
When Kerri is not working, she spends most of her time with her family. Horror movies and funny videos are something they all enjoy together. Kerri also loves venturing out to new restaurants with her husband and watching their son perform different shows with his music school throughout the year. In the summer they enjoy spending time at their fire pit, hosting game nights, and relaxing in their hot tub.
Kerri received her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education at Castle College in Windham, NH and then went on to teach at a wonderful preschool in southern NH for nearly 14 years. She then began working in veterinary client service and now brings with her 7 years of experience in the field. She is thrilled to be part of the HAH team!

Ashley Croteau, A.A., CVT
Veterinary Technician
In her free time Ashley enjoys playing softball, hiking, working out, going to the beach and spending time with family and friends. She is the owner of four cats named Calix, Grymm, Linus, and Loki.

Nicole Kinneen, B.S., CVT
Veterinary Technician
In her leisure time Nikki loves spending time in the great outdoors of New Hampshire! Hiking and kayaking, snowboarding and exploring are all things that she enjoys throughout the year. She also trains in Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu and enjoys all that these martial arts have to offer. Her pet family includes a Chinchilla named Artemis who is extremely affectionate and has a very large personality! Nikki has had her for 8 years and she has been a wonderful addition to her home.
Nikki loves working at Hampstead Animal Hospital because of the high quality of veterinary medicine practiced here and how talented the doctors and staff are. Working at such a busy, thriving practice makes it easy to learn new things every day!
Nikki graduated from Mount Ida College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Technology and is a member of the New Hampshire Veterinary Technician Association. She became a Certified Veterinary Technician in the state of New Hampshire in 2017.

Emily Endres
Technician Assistant
Emily joined the team at Hampstead Animal Hospital after graduating from Pinkerton Academy in Derry, NH in 2020. After graduation, Emily was unsure about where she wanted her career path to take her. She was soon inspired to pursue a career working with animals after she learned that a family member of hers had worked at a veterinary hospital and found it to be a great experience. Emily decided to take the leap and jump into a career in veterinary medicine to learn all she can!
Her work as a Kennel Assistant keeps her busy with all kinds of duties. Everyday she works extremely hard to help keep our patients happy and our hospital clean. Emily has also found a particular interest in assisting with radiology and surgery suite maintenance.
Emily is the proud owner of two exceptionally cute rabbits, Zero and Casper. They are super friendly and will do absolutely anything to get a piece of banana or lettuce.
In her spare time, Emily enjoys riding her horse, Liberty. As an ex-racehorse, he requires a lot of training and practice and she enjoys every minute of it! Emily has been an avid rider for many years and is proud to have qualified to compete in the Pony Club Championships two years in a row in North Carolina.

Bailey Silva
Veterinary Technician
Bailey has a few extra special pets in her life: Knight, a Pomeranian she rescued, loves to roll around in the grass and to hike. Parakeith, a parakeet who was found abandoned outside, is getting used to being a member of the family. She also has Hank and Harry, two adorable hamsters who are always up to no good but bring lots of laughter to the household.
When she is not working Bailey loves to garden and spend time with her family. She is looking forward to continuing to learn and grow as a member of the HAH team.
Bailey graduated from Pinkerton Academy and has obtained her Fear Free Certification.

Vanessa Rances, B.A., A.A., CVT
Veterinary Technician
Vanessa completed an internship at Hampstead Animal Hospital in 2021 while attending school at Great Bay Community College to earn a degree in Veterinary Technology. After graduating, she joined our team and is looking forward to growing as a technician at HAH and building relationships with clients and their pets. Vanessa comes to HAH, having also earned her BA in English at UMASS Lowell.
Vanessa appreciates that HAH is an AAHA-accredited hospital and provides the highest standard of care. She also loves how great the staff is with teamwork and training and the fact that everyone is always willing to help each other.
With a particular interest in client education, teaching clients how to best care for their pets is very important to Vanessa. She also has a special interest in surgery and dentistry and is looking forward to working in these areas.
Vanessa and her family are the happy owners of two kitties, a rabbit, and a dog, all of whom were adopted from various rescue organizations. She loves rabbits and other small mammals and athletic dog breeds like catahoulas. In her free time, Vanessa loves traveling, especially by road tripping. Her favorite road trip that she has gone on so far was to Michigan with her wife, as well as their pup Torvi. It was the first road trip Torvi went on, and she loved it. She also loves to write and play music. She has played the guitar for many years and also plays the bass, ukulele, drums, and piano.

Jillian Broadhurst
Veterinary Technician Assistant
Jillian has always known that HAH is a quality practice, and she brought her own pets to the hospital for many years prior to joining the team in 2020. Some of what she loves about working with the team at HAH is having the opportunity to continue learning new skills and getting to be part of such a fun, kind, positive, and close-knit team.
Jillian had a calling to work in the veterinary field at a very young age. Ever since she was six years old, she has known that she wants to be a veterinarian, and her love for animals and medicine has only grown with time. She is particularly interested in epidemiology and feline medicine.
Jillian and her family are the happy owners of a German Shepherd mix named Bruno, who was rescued from California. He has brought her family an incredible amount of joy since they brought him home. She also has a kitty named Sheldon, who she has known since he was 3 weeks old. Sheldon has been plagued with a lot of health issues from the start, and Jillian saw firsthand what a remarkable difference good veterinary care can make in a pet’s life. He is very loved and brings a lot of laughter to her home.
Jillian has always loved to be outside, and she hikes the White Mountains in NH as often as possible. She is working to complete all 48 of the NH 4,000 footers! She also loves to travel and experience new cultures. In her free time, she always enjoys writing.
Jillian is currently enrolled as a student at the University of New Hampshire and is working towards a degree in Biomedical Science. She is considering becoming a veterinarian in the future and is looking forward to all that lies ahead.

Tamrah Beaudoin, B.S.
Client Service Representative
Tamrah joined the team at HAH in 2021 and brought with her a deep love for animals and for connecting with people. Seeing puppies and kittens grow up is very rewarding for her, and being able to create relationships with clients is what keeps her so interested in working in this field.
Before joining the team Tamrah had heard great things from friends who had taken their pets to HAH, and when she moved to the area she decided it was the right path for her. She is thrilled to be a part of an AAHA-accredited hospital because of the exceptional level of medicine that is practiced by the doctors and staff.
Tamrah is the happy owner of Maverick, a Red Fox Labrador, who has an amazingly goofy demeanor and is obsessed with belly rubs and following her around. When she is not working Tamrah loves to craft and work on DIY projects. She dabbles in everything from making home decor and clothing to dog bandanas and accessories. She also loves spending time at the beach during the summer and hitting the ski slopes during the winter.
Tamrah has a particular interest in internal medicine and is passionate about client care. She graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Studies and also minored in Kinesiology.

Carolynn Kennedy
Client Service Representative
With three rescue dogs of her own, Carolynn has a busy home! Bandit, Rosie, and Milo bring a lot of joy and laughs to her family. When she is not working Carolynn enjoys going to the gym, watching movies, and being an active volunteer in the animal rescue community. She has been volunteering at One Tail at a Time Rescue since she was twelve years old and plans to continue her work there for years to come.
Carolynn graduated from Timberlane Regional High School in 2019 and is currently enrolled at Great Bay Community College earning a degree in Veterinary Technology. Her goal is to continue her studies in veterinary medicine, eventually earning her bachelor’s degree in Animal Science at UNH, and then plans to continue on to vet school in the future.
