Trisha joined Hampstead Animal Hospital in 2005 and has been happy to see the practice grow into the exceptional hospital it is today. She has always had a love for animals and knew she wanted to work in the veterinary field from a very young age. She loves working here because of the extraordinary compassion and care the staff gives to each pet. She enjoys working with the great team here and building strong bonds with the clients and the pets that seek care with us.
On days when she is not in the hospital, Trisha enjoys competing in “dock dogs” events at local fairs, where dogs run and leap off boating docks - sometimes reaching distances of more than 20 feet! Her two springer spaniels, Charlie and Mollie, love competing as much as Trisha and her family! She also loves taking the dogs on walks along local New Hampshire trails and spending time outside with them and her family and friends. Springers have been a breed in her family for many years. She loves their loyalty to their humans and their desire to please. They are a fun and active sporting dog and are guaranteed to put a smile on your face. She also has a passion for fostering rescue animals, she finds it very rewarding to give an animal a second chance for a great life.
Trisha enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine from client service to patient care. Her special interests include surgery, dentistry, and client service. She earned a degree in Veterinary Technology from New Hampshire Technical College of Stratham and is a member of NHVTA and AAHA. She enjoys the challenges and rewards of her career and takes a special interest in ensuring that every patient receives the highest quality of care.
